Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to telephonic, Stars-focused outreach associates.
• Ensure needs beyond initial outreach are triaged or referred to appropriate resources.
• Set expectations and manage performance across outreach, care-gap closure, and health outcomes.
• Translate Stars priorities into team actions and monitor results.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Stars, quality, operations, and analytics teams.
