Job summary

Spring River Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation care in Roswell, NM. If you enjoy getting to know residents, seeing progress, and collaborating with a care team, we would love to meet you.

Qualifications

• Active RN license authorizing practice in New Mexico.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents, recognize changes in condition, and coordinate timely follow-up with providers.
• Administer medications and treatments according to orders and facility procedures.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Provide direction and support to nursing assistants and other care team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate with residents and families about care, progress, and concerns.
• Promote resident dignity, safety, infection prevention, and quality care.
