Job summary

Spring River Rehabilitation and Care Center in Roswell, NM, seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation care. You will assess residents, coordinate care with providers, and guide the nursing team to support resident goals.

Administer medications, develop care plans, and maintain precise documentation while communicating with residents and families about progress and concerns. Relocation bonus available for eligible nurses.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Mexico.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork.
• Compassionate approach to resident care.
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents, recognize changes in condition, and coordinate timely follow-up with providers.
• Administer medications and treatments according to orders and facility procedures.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Provide direction and support to nursing assistants and other care team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate with residents and families about care, progress, and concerns.
• Promote resident dignity, safety, infection prevention, and quality care.
