Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide care for a specific patient population within our North Bergen, NJ location. Candidates should be BSN in progress or willing to pursue within three years, have six months of relevant nursing experience or participate in our Nurse Residency Program, and hold current RN

Qualifications

• Must have RN licensure in NJ or be eligible for licensure.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• Active nursing experience of six months or participation in Nurse Residency Program.
• Strong teamwork, accountability, and commitment to high-quality patient care.
• Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, IV Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate patient care and unit activities with nursing peers, physicians, and support services.
• Delegate and supervise care provided by other caregivers to ensure quality outcomes.
• Support ongoing education and skill development for self and team.
