The Blossoms at Oak Grove is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our established facility in a full-time, part-time, or per diem capacity. You will lead our nursing team, ensure high-quality patient care, and collaborate across disciplines to tailor plans for each resident.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid unencumbered RN license in the state of employment.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Basic computer skills for charting and documentation.
• Preferred: pain management and IV skills; 2+ years in skilled nursing with supervision roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective, high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to create care plans.
• Implement care plans with a resident-centered focus.
• Utilize available resources for counseling and discharge planning.
