Job summary

The Blossoms at Mountain View is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team and support residents with daily nursing needs. We offer Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem positions, with day and night shifts available.

The successful candidate will lead nursing care, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and promote residents' quality of life in a supportive facility. Applicants must hold an active RN license in the state, CPR certification, and at least 2 years of SNF

Qualifications

Possession of a valid unencumbered RN license in the state of employment.
Current CPR certification.
Basic computer skills.
Preferred: pain management and IV skills.
Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Skilled Nursing with Charge Nurse/Unit Manager/Supervisor.

Responsibilities

Ensuring the delivery of effective, high-quality nursing care
Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
Implementing care plans with a resident-centered focus
Utilizing available resources for counseling and discharge planning
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to adjust care plans based on changing needs
