Job summary

The Blossoms in Rogers, AR is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring team. We offer Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem roles with a welcoming environment and opportunities for professional growth in a well-established facility.

You will lead nursing care, collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans, implement plans, and support discharge planning while upholding high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Valid unencumbered RN license in the state of employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience in pain management and IV skills preferred.
• Minimum 2 years as RN in Skilled Nursing with leadership roles (Charge Nurse/Unit Manager/Supervisor).

Responsibilities

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

To be considered for this role as a Registered Nurse (RN), you should meet the following criteria:

• Possession of a valid unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
• Current CPR certification
• Basic computer skills
• Preferred: experience in pain management and IV skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Skilled Nursing with Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, or Supervisor experience
