Qualifications

• Valid unencumbered RN license in the state of employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience in pain management and IV skills (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in Skilled Nursing with Charge Nurse/Unit Manager/Supervisor roles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of effective, high-quality nursing care.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans.
• Implement care plans with a resident-centered focus.
• Utilize available resources for counseling and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to adjust care plans based on changing needs.
