Qualifications

• Possession of a valid unencumbered RN license in the state of employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills.
• Preferred: experience in pain management and IV skills.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Skilled Nursing with Charge Nurse/Unit Manager/Supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Coordinate with nursing team to execute care plans.
• Develop personalized care plans with residents and families.
• Implement care plans with resident-centered focus and discharge planning support.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to adjust plans based on changing needs.
