Qualifications

• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
• Six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience or active participant in Nurse Residency Program.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, strong accountability, teamwork, ongoing education, and patient-focused care.

Responsabilités

• Functions as caregiver for a specific patient population to achieve outcomes; directs and oversees care provided by other caregivers.
• Coordinates patient care/unit activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.
• Delivers direct care as part of an interdisciplinary team and provides delegation, validation and evaluation as needed.
