The role involves supporting transportation requests, managing IEP information in various systems, and requires extensive healthcare experience along with strong organizational and communication skills. Ideal candidates must hold a valid RN license and have experience in Utilization Management or Case Management.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years healthcare experience with 3 years in clinical practice.
• At least 2 years in Utilization Management, Case Management, or Managed Care.
• Must be willing to work in role for at least 24 months before applying for internal transfers.

Responsabilidades

• Support transportation requests and IEP information.
• Load information into multiple software platforms efficiently.
