Key Responsibilities

• Support transportation requests and IEP information into various systems.
• Load information into multiple software platforms efficiently.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee or in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Minimum of 5 years healthcare experience with at least 3 years of clinical practice.
• At least 2 years of experience in Utilization Management, Case Management, or Managed Care.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office; ability to pass Windows navigation test.
• Experience with FACETS and Care Advance preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and professional interaction skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• TB Skin Test (for field-based coordinators).
• Certification as a Case Manager (CCM) preferred; to be obtained within one year of hire.
• Milliman’s Certification preferred; willingness to obtain within 1 year.
• Must be willing to work in role for at least 24 months before applying for internal transfers.
