Qualifications

• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• Six months or more of nursing experience OR active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, strong accountability, exceptional teamwork, commitment to ongoing education and high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Care for a specific patient population to achieve desired outcomes within an interdisciplinary team.
• Direct and oversee care provided by other caregivers through delegation, validation, evaluation, and coordination.
• Coordinate patient care/unit activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.
