Experience in Med/Surg is preferred, and a Nursing Specialty training background is valued. The role emphasizes coordinated patient care, documentation in EPIC, and patient-family engagement to support treatment plans.

Qualifikationen

• Requires at least 2 years of RN work experience.
• Med/Surg hospital RN experience is helpful and preferred.

• Provide primary clinical support to providers, patients and families.
• Coordinate patient care and disease management as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Triage inbasket messages and manage patient interactions with the clinic.
• Administer medications and vaccines under provider supervision.
