Qualifications

• Current enrollment in Bachelor's Degree-Nursing (Required).
• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required).
• Bachelor's Degree-Nursing (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises the delivery of nursing care on the assigned unit.
• Assists with orientation and integration of new employees.
• Monitors staffing, performance appraisals, and regulatory compliance.
• Stays engaged with patient care policies and improves unit-level practices.
