Job summary

Cheyenne Village is seeking a registered nurse to oversee clinical care in residential and community settings. You will conduct health assessments, manage medications, and coordinate care with inter-disciplinary teams and families.

The role requires state licensing in Colorado, CPR/First Aid, and strong documentation in the EHR. Excellent communication, organization and compliance with policies are essential for success.

Qualifications

• RN license in Colorado (Current and unrestricted).
• CPR and First Aid certifications maintained.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Manage medications and MAR; monitor chronic conditions and acute events.
• Coordinate medical appointments and communication with physicians, families and DSPs.
• Educate staff, clients and families on health topics and protocols.
• Participate in audits, quality reviews and safety procedures.
