Qualifications

• 3 years of clinical experience required; leadership experience preferred.
• ADN with BSN required within 3 years; BSN preferred upon hire.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care across the continuum with physicians and care teams.
• Develop, implement and monitor comprehensive care plans for patients.
• Engage in committees, precepting, and staff development activities.
