Masonicare at Mystic in Mystic, CT is seeking an RN Designee (Assisted Living) for a full-time position on the day shift with on-call rotation. The ANC will assist with leadership, supervision of RCAs and LPNs, resident assessments, and management as defined by SALSA.

Essential duties include comprehensive nursing assessments, care planning, medication management, and coordination of services. RN license in CT is required; experience in home care or assisted living is a plus.

Qualificações

• RN degree required.
• Two years full-time clinical experience or a diploma/Associate's in nursing with four years of full-time clinical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial and ongoing nursing assessments to establish a goal-directed resident plan of services.
• Develop, implement and evaluate resident plans of services.
• Medication management and physician order follow-through.
