Tidewell Hospice in South Venice, FL (part of Empath Health) seeks a Night Shift RN for our Care Center. You will identify patient/family needs and provide preventive and supportive care to terminally ill patients, while supervising LPNs and aides to ensure quality care.

Required: Florida RN license, Associate’s degree in nursing, and 1 year bedside nursing experience. A valid Florida driver’s license is also needed. You will work on a rotating two-week schedule and may float as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year bedside nursing experience.
• Associate’s degree in nursing (A.A./A.S.).
• Florida RN license is required.
• Florida Driver’s License is required.
• Willing to float to different units as needed.

Responsabilités

• Utilize assessment, intervention and teaching skills to maximize comfort and quality of life.
• Provide oversight and supervision of LPN and/or aide for care delivery in the GIP environment.
