Job summary

Tidewell Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a caring CNA for PRN night shifts in Port Charlotte, FL. The incumbent will work across Port Charlotte, Arcadia, Venice, and Village on the Isle Hospice Houses, with a required commitment of 64 hours per month.

Responsibilities include performing personal care per the Plan of Care, reporting changes to the nurse, and maintaining patient confidentiality while providing compassionate, dignified care.

Qualifications

• Florida CNA license is required.
• One to three years of training/experience in care settings preferred.
• Driver's license may be required for travel between Hospice Houses.
