Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Cardiac Telemetry on the night shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM). This full-time role (36 hours/week) offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus for experienced RNs and $15,000 for new graduates, with tuition reimbursement and extensive benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (Missouri or compact)
• BLS certification (required within 30 days)
• ACLS certification (required within 30 days)
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for cardiac and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families on cardiac health and recovery
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
