Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• RN license (Single State) or Compact license.
• Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs Nursing Process with evidence-based practice for individualized care.
• Provides relationship-based, patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity.
• Partners with patient and family through bedside shift report and rounds.
• Practices according to current clinical practice standards.
• Coordinates safe, quality care and documentation with interdisciplinary team.
• Supports performance improvement and shared governance within the team.
