The role requires nursing licensure, a minimum of 2 years direct patient care, and strong English and collaboration skills to support performance improvement and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or diploma; bachelor's preferred.
• RN licensure (single state or compact) and active certification.
• BLS certification required on hire.
