Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required or graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• RN licensure in Georgia and multi-state compact where applicable.
• BLS (and instructor/provisional) and ACLS certifications required/instructor options.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice to individualize care.
• Delivers relationship-based, patient-centered care with cultural sensitivity across populations.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team through rounds, documentation, and governance.
• Supports professional development by mentoring and precepting other nurses and staff.
