Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Active RN license (state or multi-state) is required.
• BLS certification required.
• Good command of English and patient communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice.
• Provide patient-centered care tailored to cultural and individual needs.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and document appropriately.
• Participate in performance improvement and shared governance.
