Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Georgia per state boards and nursing practice act.
• Experience in cardiac telemetry or heart failure care is beneficial.
• Ability to lead on a clinical unit and participate in interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily unit activities on assigned shift to ensure safe patient care.
• Perform nursing processes and coordinate with physicians, nurses and staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Lead staff scheduling, patient flow, and unit operations to support efficient care delivery.
