Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN for Cardiac Tele-PRN in Missouri. The role requires utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care, maintaining professional accountability, and coordinating care with other departments to ensure patient rights and confidentiality are respected.

Responsibilities include evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers and ensuring Mercy Service Standards are met in a fast-paced cardiac tele unit.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Maintain current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required or completed within 30 days of hire.

Position Details

RN- Cardiac Tele- PRN

Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).

Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Certifications

• Basic Life Support certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.


• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.


• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
