Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for unit-based care in Texas. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care, follow the nursing process, and develop care plans based on patient needs.

PRN days, no weekends or holidays, with shifts between 7am-6pm; benefits include health coverage, a 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement, and PTO from Day 1.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in ER or ICU.
• Certifications ACLS, BLS, EKG.
• Registered Nurse License.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize needs. Create, implement, and assess care plan to achieve outcomes.
• Observe indicators closely and support evidence-based changes.
• Create a caring, safe environment for patients, families and staff.
• Build relationships with boundaries and manage pain to promote healing.
• Facilitate learning for healthcare team, patients and families.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and execute an integrated plan of care.
• Use problem-solving and available resources to support patients and staff.
