Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a unit as a PRN Days role. The RN will collaborate with health care staff to manage patient care plans, evaluate responses, and implement nursing processes.

Responsibilities include prioritizing care, ensuring safety, and maintaining strong communication with patients and families. Requires ER/ICU background, RN license, and ACLS/BLS/EKG certifications; benefits and PTO begin on Day 1.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year ER or ICU experience.
• ACLS, BLS, and EKG certifications required.
• Registered Nurse License required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize needs, create, implement, and assess care plans.
• Observe indicators and support evidence-based changes.
