Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year ER/ICU experience.
• Certifications ACLS, BLS, EKG required.
• Registered Nurse license required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize patient needs and assess care plans to achieve outcomes.
• Observe indicators and support evidence-based changes.
• Create a caring, safe environment for patients, families, and staff.
• Build relationships while managing emotional and physical pain.
• Facilitate learning for healthcare team, patients, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues and community to execute an integrated care plan.
• Use problem-solving and resources to support patients and staff.
