Job summary

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an RN to join the inpatient cardiac telemetry and neuro step-down services in Illinois. You will deliver specialized nursing care, monitor vitals, and respond to emergencies in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Required: active Illinois RN license, CPR, ACLS and NIHSS certifications within specified timeframes, and at least 1 year of inpatient experience. BSN preferred; ASN accepted with BSN planned within five years.

Qualifications

• Illinois RN license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• ACLS and NIHSS certifications within specified timeframes.
• Minimum of 1 year inpatient RN experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing; associate degree acceptable if BSN pursued within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized inpatient nursing care for cardiac and neuro patients.
• Monitor patient vitals, administer treatments, and ensure safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to promote recovery and patient-centered care.
