Job summary

Baystate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Cardiology Practice in western Massachusetts. You will care for patients with implanted cardiac devices, review device data, and triage alerts in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes post-procedure follow-up, wound care, and education, with collaboration across physicians and staff to promote wellness.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license with BLS CPR certification.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
• Cardiology clinical experience preferred.

Baystate Health, western Massachusetts's premier healthcare provider, and home to Baystate Medical Practices is looking for a experienced Registered Nurse to join our CARDIOLOGY PRACTICE !

• Manages and monitors and cares for patients with implanted cardiac electronic devices
• Reviews incoming data sent from patients and triages alerts
• Assess develop and implement plan of care for complex patients
• Triages and coordinates patient care ensuring access to care and patient success.
• Patient Education
• Promotes health and wellness for individuals and groups of patients.
• Demonstrates a proactive approach to acute and chronic disease management.
• Post procedure follow up and wound care

What you will need:

• Massachusetts license as an RN and BLS CPR certified.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Cardiology clinical experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & handle multiple tasks/priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have competency in delivering exceptional nursing care and have proven success in partnering with both physicians and staff

Education:

• Diploma in Nursing (Required)

Certifications:

• Basic Life Support - American Heart Association, Registered Nurse - State of Massachusetts

FT Monday - Friday 8:30-5:pm

Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.

Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum

$72,800.00 - $101,774.00 - $130,728.00
