Baystate Health seeks an experienced RN Clinical Nursing Supervisor to lead our Cardiology practices across Springfield, Northampton and Greenfield, MA. This role blends leadership with hands-on clinical care to support ambulatory cardiology services.

The RN will supervise nursing staff, mentor teams, oversee workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in quality initiatives; travel between locations is required. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 40 hours, no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• AHA BLS required.
• 4–5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Ambulatory care leadership experience preferred.
• BSN preferred; ADN required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision for clinical nursing staff.
