Qualifications

• Competent in delivering exceptional nursing care with physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manages and monitors patients with implanted cardiac devices.
• Reviews data from patients and triages alerts.
• Assesses, develops, and implements plans of care for complex patients.
• Triages and coordinates patient care ensuring access and success.
• Patient education and wound care post-procedure follow-up.
• Promotes health and wellness through education and proactive care.
