ARMStaffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cath Lab in Seattle, WA. This 13-week contract role involves caring for patients undergoing cardiac and neuro interventional procedures, including G-tubes, fistulagrams, line placements, and angiograms.

Critical care and telemetry proficiency are essential, with on-call duties every third weekend. The RN will provide pre- and post-procedure care, monitor hemodynamics, manage dysrhythmias, and support IV placements while ensuring strict safety

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

3x12 hour shifts (07:00 - 19:30). Weekend on-call required every third weekend (19:30 - 07:00).

Job Description

This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Cath Lab, involved in cardiac and neuro interventional radiology procedures. The nurse will primarily handle patients undergoing procedures such as G-tubes, fistulagrams, line placements, and diagnostic/interventional angiograms. Experience in critical care is essential, along with proficiency in telemetry and the interpretation of dysrhythmias.

Responsibilities

• Respond to urgent and emergent procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Provide pre- and post-procedure care for patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and manage dysrhythmias.
• Assist with the insertion and management of IVs and other devices.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and practices in the Cath Lab environment.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including floating to Neuro IR when necessary.

Required Experience

• Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Critical care experience required.
• Proficiency with telemetry systems.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• WA Nursing License or Multi-State Licensure is required.
