LBH Sinai Hospital, via ARMStaffing, is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist to join the 2 North Cath Lab in Baltimore. The role supports diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including TAVR and STEMI cases, with a 4x10 schedule and monthly weekend call.

The candidate will scrub, monitor, and document procedures, requiring strong cath lab experience, ARRT/RCIS credentials, and Maryland licensure. Weeknight call is required about 5–6 nights monthly.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab Tech experience is required.
• Strong experience in cardiac catheterization and vascular procedures is necessary.
• Experience with TAVR, AAA repair, and STEMI cases is expected.
• Proficient in scrubbing and monitoring cardiac and vascular procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform adult diagnostic catheterizations, left and right heart catheterizations, PCI, and PTCA.
• Participate in cardiac stent placements and IABP placement/removal.
• Scrub for cardiac catheterization procedures and maintain a sterile field.
• Monitor patients, recognizing life-threatening dysrhythmias.
• Utilize the McKesson monitoring system for documentation.

This position offers a 4x10 schedule with one weekend of call per month. Weeknight call is required for approximately 5-6 nights each month.

Job Description

The Cath Lab Technologist will work in the 2 North Cath Lab at LBH Sinai Hospital, which features five procedure rooms and handles an average daily census of 20 patients with approximately 15 visits per day. The department supports diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, including TAVR, AAA repair, STEMI cases, and pacemaker and defibrillator procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform adult diagnostic catheterizations, left and right heart catheterizations, PCI, and PTCA.
• Participate in cardiac stent placements and IABP placement/removal.
• Scrub for cardiac catheterization procedures and maintain a sterile field.
• Monitor patients, recognizing life-threatening dysrhythmias.
• Utilize the McKesson monitoring system for documentation.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab Tech experience is required.

Certifications/Licensure

• ACLS and BLS are required.
• RCIS or ARRT certification is necessary.
