Qualificações

• Nurse plans and provides care using nursing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and documents findings.
• Develops and updates plan of care with patient and family education.
• Coordinates care with interdisciplinary team for quality outcomes.
• Delivers age-appropriate nursing care from birth through aging.
• Supervises ancillary staff and delegates tasks as needed.
• Communicates issues to Charge Nurse/Manager/physician promptly.
• Documents care activities accurately in patient records.
• Maintains readiness for rounds and care coordination duties.
• Ensures compliance with facility policies and procedures.
