Job summary

Eastside Medical Center in Snellville, GA is seeking a staff nurse for the Cardiac Care Unit (CCU) on a full-time night shift. The role includes direct patient care, assessment, planning, and coordination with cardiology colleagues to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program
• New Graduates eligible
• Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients from birth through lifecycle using nursing processes.
• Maintains standards of practice and coordinates patient care among assigned staff.
• Performs patient assessments and formulates a plan of care.
• Oversees activities of ancillary and support team members.
• Documents patient care and concerns in the patient record.
