Job summary

Piedmont Eastside Medical Center in Snellville, GA is seeking an experienced RN for the ICU on the Night shift. The 24-bed unit provides care to critically ill adults, including cardiac and neuro cases, with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

The staff nurse will perform assessments, plan and implement care, coordinate with the team, and educate patients and families. Piedmont offers competitive benefits, wellness programs, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• RN license in GA required (or eligibility)
• BLS certification required
• New graduates eligible
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Advanced certification in specialty is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care from birth through the lifecycle.
• Performs comprehensive patient assessments.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care.
• Coordinates care with ancillary and support staff.
• Documents patient care accurately in the record.
• Identifies teaching opportunities for patients and families.

Education
