Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. is seeking a part-time RN(BSN) Nursing Instructor to deliver lectures and supervise clinicals in North Canton, OH. The role requires daytime availability and the ability to teach on campus and in off-site clinical settings.

The instructor will review lesson plans, guide student learning, and accurately record grades using campus management software. Prior precepting or obstetric/pediatric nursing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved registered nursing education program, BSN or higher.
• Experience with precepting preferred.
• Experience with Pediatric/Obstetrics preferred.
• Two or more years in the practice of nursing as an RN providing direct patient care.
• Current, valid RN licensure in Ohio.
• Daytime availability.
• Must teach at campus and off-site clinicals.

• Actively promote student retention.
• Support externship activities as applicable.
• Perform related work as required.
• Accurately record grades, complete proficiencies, and attendance by entering information in campus management software.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved registered nursing education program, BSN or higher.

• Demonstrates professionalism in manner, dress and conduct as a representative of Ross and a student mentor.
• Ability to remain objective and treat all students equally.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Prior teaching or formal tutoring experience using a developed curriculum preferred.
