Job summary

Ross Education Holdings is seeking a full-time MSN RN Lecturer Nursing Instructor for its North Canton, OH campus. In this role, you will instruct nursing students according to the Ross curriculum, manage grading, and ensure accurate student records.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in the Ross curriculum, review lesson plans, and prepare for class instruction.
• Grade and electronically record assignments, and maintain accurate student records.
• Actively promote student retention and support externship activities as applicable.
• Perform related duties as required by the department.
• Record grades, successful completion of proficiencies, and attendance in campus management software.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved registered nursing education program, MSN or higher.
• Must be able to teach in the classroom.
• Two or more years of direct patient care experience as a registered nurse.
• Current, valid licensure as a registered nurse in Ohio.
• Ability to communicate effectively in classroom and individual settings.
• Knowledge of subject matter to be taught and ability to use and communicate Ross curriculum.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced work environment.
• Ability to move around the building and classroom to satisfy student needs.
• Daytime availability.
• Adherence to Ross Code of Conduct and Professional Ethics.
• Prior teaching experience preferred.
