Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. Worthington campus seeks a part-time RN Clinical Instructor to teach clinicals/labs 2–3 days per week in person at campus and clinic locations. You will review lesson plans, prepare for class, grade and record assignments, and support externships with mentors guiding new instructors.

Requirements include a BSN or higher, Ohio RN licensure, and teaching experience. The role offers day hours with month-to-month scheduling and a benefits package including

Qualifications

  • Completion of an approved registered nursing education program with BSN or higher.
  • Current, valid RN licensure in Ohio.
  • Experience with precepting and pediatric/OB nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Instruct students in the Ross curriculum and review lesson plans.
  • Prepare for class instruction and grade assignments in campus software.
  • Promote student retention and support externship activities as applicable.
  • Record grades and attendance accurately in campus management software.
