Concierge Home Care in St. Augustine, FL is seeking a Director of Professional Services / Branch Director (RN) to lead branch operations, develop a local business plan, and align clinical, operational, and sales efforts.

This full-time leadership role offers autonomy with executive support and a salary in the $90K–$100K+ range plus bonus opportunities. The ideal candidate will hold a Florida RN license, have 1+ year of leadership experience in home health, and be prepared to drive regulatory

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license is required.
• 1+ year leadership experience in home health (Supervisor or DON level).
• Strong understanding of home health regulations & compliance.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Competitive base salary + quarterly bonus opportunities.
• 3 weeks PTO (increases to 4 weeks after 5 years).
