Concierge Home Care in Tampa, FL is seeking an Assistant Director of Professional Services (RN) to lead clinical operations and staff development. This full-time role reports to the Director of Professional Services and collaborates with branch leadership to drive quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an active Florida RN license, 3–5 years home health experience, 2+ years in leadership, and a strong grasp of regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license required.
• 3–5 years of Home Health experience.
• 2+ years of Home Health leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations, compliance, and clinical operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with oversight of daily clinical operations and patient care delivery.
• Help ensure compliance with Medicare, AHCA, and agency regulations.
• Support implementation of agency goals, quality initiatives, and performance standards.
• Participate in staffing decisions and personnel assignments.
