Job summary

Adoration Health, based in Macon, GA, is seeking a Home Health RN Branch Director to lead clinical services, set care standards, and ensure quality patient outcomes. This leadership role offers opportunities to shape branch performance while supporting a dedicated team.

You will oversee operations, collaborate with Clinical Managers, and guide administrative staff to deliver compassionate, compliant home health care.

Qualifications

• RN license (ASN or BSN) with active state credentials.
• 1–2 years in health services administration, plus supervisory experience in home health.
• 5 years of leadership or business development preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and supervision to the Clinical Manager(s) to promote effective performance and delivery of quality home care services.
• Maintain office operations in an efficient, productive, and organized manner, ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with local ordinances and safety regulations.
• Address deficiencies identified during internal or external surveys or audits.
• Provide direct supervision to all administrative staff and oversee clinical staff through collaboration with Clinical Manager(s).
• Direct the branch's overall direction, coordination, and evaluation.

Office Location: Macon, GA

Coverage area: Bibb, Crawford, Monroe, Jones, Twiggs counties

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities

As a Home Health RN Branch Director, You will:

• P rovide support and supervision to the Clinical Manager(s) to promote effective performance and delivery of quality home care services
• Maintain office operations in an efficient, productive, effective, and organized manner, providing a safe working environment for employees . Meet local ordinances and fire and safety regulations in compliance with the company policies
• Ensure deficiencies identified during internal or external surveys, or audits are addressed and corrected
• Provide direct supervision to all administrative staff at the Branch and oversee clinical staff through collaboration with the Clinical Manager(s)
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Branch

Qualifications

• RN license (either ASN or BSN)
• Minimum of one to two years of experience in health services administration, with at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in Home Health Care or a related Health Care program, per state specific and federal requirements
• Five years of experience in leadership or business development, preferred
• Valid license from the state practicing in
• Current CPR certification
