Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team across Arizona.

The RN provides comprehensive nursing care, administers treatments, and communicates with physicians to implement orders for patients experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. The role emphasizes collaboration with licensed nurses and support staff, adherence to AZ Board of Nursing licensure, and participation in patient-centered care plans.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of nursing (preferred).
• 1-3 years of Health Care related experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred.
• Current and in good standing Arizona Board of Nursing License, or compact license accepted, or license-eligible within 90-days.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to assigned patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Delegate tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate.
