Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive nursing care for patients across behavioral health programs in Arizona.

The RN ensures orders from physicians are carried out and communicates barriers promptly to the supervisor and medical practitioner. The role includes supervising LPNs and unlicensed staff, with emphasis on safe, compassionate care within crisis and medical settings.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of nursing is preferred.
• Valid Arizona (or Compact) Registered Nurse licensure (in good standing) is required.
• Current AZ Driver’s License is required for Pool RN.
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record is required for Pool RN.

Responsibilities

• The RN works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for all nursing care provided to assigned patients.
• Delivers and communicates orders from medical practitioners and reports barriers to service to the supervisor and attending physician.
• Delegates and supervises the implementation of tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses and unlicensed personnel as appropriate.
