Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to join its integrated behavioral health care team in Phoenix.

The RN provides comprehensive nursing care, follows medical orders, communicates barriers promptly, and supports the care team in crisis settings. You will supervise Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Technicians as appropriate, collaborate with physicians, and contribute to a patient-centered care model across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited school is preferred.
• 1-3 years Health Care related experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred.
• Current and in good standing Arizona Board of Nursing license, or compact license accepted, or license-eligible within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• The RN works as part of a multidisciplinary team and provides all nursing care for assigned patients.
• Follows orders from the medical practitioner and communicates barriers to service to the manager and attending practitioner.
• Delivers supervision and delegation of tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Technicians as appropriate.
