Job summary

Community Bridges Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our multidisciplinary team in Arizona.

The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients, follow orders from medical practitioners, and promptly communicate barriers to care to supervisors and physicians. The role includes supervising Licensed Practical Nurses and unlicensed staff, with shift differentials available for evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of nursing (preferred).
• 1-3 years of health care related experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred.
• Current and in good standing Arizona Board of Nursing license, or compact license accepted, or license-eligible within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide all nursing care to assigned patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Carry out orders from the medical practitioner and communicate barriers to service to supervisor and attending practitioner.
• Delegate and supervise tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses and unlicensed personnel as appropriate.
