Qualifications

• Manages performance: goals, feedback, development and corrective action.
• Monitors patient engagement, safety and quality initiatives across departments.
• Coordinates operating systems, standards and communication per policies.
• Ensures resource utilization aligns with budgets and objectives.
• Maintains compliance with Joint Commission and other regulations.
